Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, recently published the 2019 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms.
Prolink took the 13th spot on the annual list of national staffing agencies across all industries. This comes as growth increased 61.3% on average per year during the 2014–2018 period. It ranked as the 6th-fastest growing firm in the healthcare industry, and 2nd in the state of Ohio, which holds the company’s headquarters. This is the third consecutive year Prolink ranked on the SIA’s Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list.
94 companies qualified for the overall annual list this year, ranking firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for revenue from 2014 through 2018, excluding acquisitions.
The top segment for the list overall was Healthcare, approximately 36% of firms citing healthcare staffing as a top segment of their business. The second most prevalent segment was IT staffing, with an estimated 30% of firms listing this as a top segment.
To qualify for the annual list, companies must have had at least $1 million in revenue in 2014 and at least 15% CAGR between 2014 and 2018. The median CAGR for the top 10 companies this year was 73.4%, and for the full list, it was 27.4%, up from 26.9% last year.
