ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of ProLink’s clinical concierge model, services, and resources to achieve company and clinical objectives
  • Serve as a resource throughout the organization and with clients to advance and improve the practice environment supporting clinical excellence
  • Oversee development of recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention programs, including the expansion and enhancement of existing loyalty program
  • Engage and consult with internal clients to support engagement and fulfillment goals
  • Oversee partnership with Compliance team to ensure safety and quality standards are held or met, includes board reporting and follow up
  • Provide guidance on appropriate sources of data and technology to support team members in making decisions and proactively mitigating risk
  • Provide direction to health care providers on specific requirements using industry knowledge
  • Use knowledge of processes and collaborate with external vendors to bring world class experiences that support, engage, and retain clinical talent as needed, from a personal and regulatory perspective
  • Analyze data to assess recruitment and retention initiatives and enhance talent experiences
  • Serve as a champion for the evolution of professional practice in clinical settings as designated by national and state standards of practice
  • Coordinate and lead on-call schedule in partnership with compliance and support teams

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

  • Master’s degree in nursing, health care administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
  • Ability to travel at least 25%
  • Evidence of career progression in nursing, education, and leadership in a healthcare setting
  • Evidence of career progression in team building with an ability to apply a broad understanding of the healthcare market
  • Evidence of project design, implementation, and evaluation and a demonstrated ability to manage change while producing key business results
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, strategy, financing, and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an all-remote environment, showing independence and autonomy yet able to collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship with operational leaders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to include assessment of needs, negotiation, decision making, influence, change management, and conflict resolution
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, along with coordination of efforts among internal team members
  • Adaptable to balance multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and take accountability for deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Current RN licensure in candidate’s home state
  • Experience leading clinical outcomes (i.e., safety and quality standards or patient experience and engagement)
  • Experience with healthcare concierge model development and delivery
  • Staffing industry experience
