ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the coordination of learning needs assessments to advance and improve educational and professional development opportunities in the practice environment
- Partner with clients and talent to identify research-based learning solutions (virtual and live) that address needs relative to enhancing overall and specific educational and developmental programming
- Coordinate and plan programs that influence role competence, performance, continuous learning and growth, and the achievement of organizational and clinical objectives
- Develop resources to drive outcomes that result in supporting growth and development
- Implement and facilitate educational and developmental programs
- Evaluate educational program effectiveness using data analysis, research, evidence-based practice, and appropriate measurement tools/methods in quality improvement
- Act as a change agent to ensure behavioral enhancements and effectiveness
- Coach, mentor, and develop clinical talent on assignment as needed
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health care administration, or related field
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- 2+ years of nursing education experience
- Current RN licensure in candidate’s home state
- Ability to travel at least 25%
- Knowledge of adult education and professional development practices with a demonstrated ability to utilize multiple learning methods in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and delivery with an ability to apply a broad understanding of the healthcare market
- Demonstrated ability to work in an all-remote environment, demonstrating independence and autonomy yet able to collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) as needed
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship with operational leaders and clients
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and take accountability for deliverables
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in nursing, health care administration, or related field
- Specialty Certification in Professional Development
- Staffing industry experience
