ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Workforce Solutions toidentify accounts that cangrow into a strategic accounts
    • Strategic Accounts are defined by our largest opportunities to generate revenue growth within a singular healthcare system, which are often our most complex to solution.
    • Could require strategic partnerships to be established and strengthened with technology partners, sub vendor partners, or unknown 3rd party vendors.
  • Cross sell to maximize Prolink business offerings within an assigned strategic account through:
    • Developing strong client relationshipswith the client’s primary point of contact to gain thorough understanding the organization and areas where Prolink can provide solutions
    • Develop strategic relationshipswith key decision makersat multiple levels of the client’s organizationto present Prolink solutions where opportunities exists, from the C-Level down
  • Drives saturation and fulfillment on the assigned strategic account(s)
  • Lead weekly strategy meetings to communicateand driveopportunities to expand within a strategic account
  • Travel to assigned strategic account(s) sites as need to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and strengthen client relationship at multiple levels of the client’s organization

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Weekly leadership and development of direct reports (if applicable)
  • Internal and external liaison who will act as the conduit to multiple strategic accounts
  • Direct collaboration with Regional Operations for fulfillment
  • Provide feedback and insight into Operations to help contribute to the improvement of processes and efficiencies in an effort to support continuous growth and development
  • Ensure all documentation is occurring in Dynamics for all personal sales activity as well as all National/Regional Sales Executives

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent course workor 4+ years related experience in major account sales.
  • 3-5+ years of experience at a manager levelmentoring other Sales individuals and Executive Sales team members
  • Travel to clients 50% + of time
  • High level of professional integrity and expectation to be accountable(and hold others accountable where applicable)
  • Ability to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in an environment of change
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with MS Suite of products and other technology as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience within the Staffing industry, specifically within an operations or sales
