Role Type: Accounting

The Billing Manager role is within Prolink’s Accounting team and partners with internal stakeholders to manage the billing team and process. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day functions of the billing team
  • Ensure all billing is complete per the weekly schedule
  • Reconcile billed hours to paid hours
  • Customer service with client billing
  • Dispute management

Minimum Position Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College coursework with corresponding experience
  • 1-2 years of Billing Management
  • Experience working in multi-state payroll
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Ensures outstanding customer service for all employees
  • Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
  • Candidates must possess the following characteristics and traits; leadership, motivation, detail-oriented, integrity and perseverance

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Staffing industry experience
  • Workday system experience
