Job Summary
The Director of Workforce Solutions leads a team of sales professionals in identifying sales opportunities,
building relationships with potential clients, leading presentations, securing new business opportunities, and
sales strategy.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet with Workforce Solutions Executives to uncover new opportunities, give strategic direction, create dualaction items
  • Develop and lead presentations in front of an executive audience
  • Develop lead generation strategies and manage pipeline
  • Coach and develop the regional national sales team to hit quarterly and annual goals and objectives
  • Lead business development efforts for RFI & RFP opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations and execution
  • Lead weekly Large Accounts meeting to engage the office to help drive our most important customers
  • Oversee opportunity alerts program
  • Responsible for working directly with Vice President of National Sales and Chief Workforce Solutions Officerto identify top MSP prospects
  • Work with Workforce Solutions Teams to identify prospects, securing business opportunities, and onboardingnew clients nationwide
  • Lead the Workforce Solutions Executives in strategy and business activity to secure MSPs
  • Execute all quarterly business review meetings within respective operating company’s “Large Accounts”
  • Lead the Workforce Solutions team

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and 2 years of leadership experience within the Staffing industry, specifically within an operations or Implementation role
  • Minimum 2 years’ mentoring other Sales individuals and Executive Sales team members
  • Travel to clients, approximately 50% of time
  • High level of professional integrity and expectation to be accountable
  • Ability to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in an environment of change
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Experience using internal and external data to manage expansion
  • Results and deadline-driven
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people as well as independently
  • Ability to Travel as needed
  • Ensures outstanding customer service for all external employees
  • Ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Sales and Leadership Experience within the Staffing Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree with corresponding experience
