Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial planning and analysis for Prolink, allowing the organization to make well informed financial and business decisions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support company planning processes for all corporate short and long-term forecasts covering the financial statements and key performance metrics
  • Maintain the operating model that projects income statement, balance sheet and cash flow results
  • Maintain the pro-forma pricing model for new business opportunities
  • Maintain and improve detailed financial models that track and analyze key metrics and their impact on the company's overall performance
  • Work closely with the accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial closes
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and a command of the details
  • Leverage and improve current systems to increase productivity and accuracy of the FP&A team
  • Assist with and manage frequent ad hoc projects to support management and business decisions

Minimum Position Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting analyses to management

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Workday experience is a plus
