ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for identifying prospects, securing business opportunities, and onboarding new clients within a geographic territory
•Develop an understanding of client needs, competitor capabilities and services while leveraging ProLink talent and value proposition.
•Conduct thorough territory review and game plan for designated territory•Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects
•Lead all business development efforts for RFI & RFP opportunities•Manage communication between client and ProLink Internal Team
•Guide & assist in all contract negotiations and make sure they are in line with ProLink KPI’s
•Successfully transition new clients through the initial phase of implementation
•Responsible for weekly game plan
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
•Minimum of 3 years of experience selling into accounts
•Must possess a proven track record of developing new sales pipelines and be able to leverage existing network of contacts
•Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
•30% travel expected
