Job Summary
The Clinical Talent Experience Supervisor position is within Prolink’s Workforce Solutions department and partners with key stakeholders to serve as an onsite liaison and resource for clinical external talent on assignment.

This role will provide onsight support at the client location at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital: 1 Genesys Pkwy, Grand Blanc, MI 48439
In this position you must be available to travel and work onsite at the location, 12 hours a day/ 7 days a week for 2 weeks and will then off 2 weeks. The shifts will be day (7-7:30pm ET) OR night (7-7:30pm ET).
This position is not providing bed-side care but supervision to the travelers there onsite and client support with the hospital.
Pay: $65/hour. Prolink will cover all accommodations including travel and temporary living arrangments during the time working onsite.
Responsibilities
- Create a direct connection between the Prolink team and clinical external talent on designated client site to influence clinical competence, growth, rewards and recognition, and overall world class experiences
- Serve as a resource throughout the organization and with client to advance and improve the practice environment supporting clinical excellence
- Support development of recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention programs, including the expansion and enhancement of existing loyalty program
- Partner with hospital leadership, including house supervisors and clinical educators, to support onboarding, orientation, and day-to-day clinical operations
- Establish and maintain ongoing engagement with hospital clinical leadership through regular rounding to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that support clinical excellence and operational outcomes
- Establish relationships with clinical external talent to promote evidence-based practices, assess available resources, and develop programs to enact optimal solutions
- Maintain working knowledge of facility policies, procedures, and quality/safety standards to support compliance and alignment with client expectations Utilize appropriate sources of data and technology to make decisions and proactively mitigate risk
- Collect and analyze talent retention data to drive action planning and achievement of desired outcomes
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews with operational and sales teams for dedicated group of clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in nursing and 2+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory capacity
- An active, unencumbered RN license in any U.S. state is acceptable, with state-specific licensure considered preferred but not required. Should the assignment last 30 days or more, an applicable single state or compact license may be required
- Willing and able to work assigned day and night shifts based on organizational needs
- May be required to live in certain states driven by strategic business and geography
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, strategy, and operations
- Excellent communication, relationship building, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with subject matter experts
- Proficient in electronic health record systems and Microsoft 365
- Able to balance multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability for deliverables
- Proficient in utilizing a variety of business and technical systems to complete tasks efficiently
- High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values

Additional relevant experience, education, licensure, or certification beyond the role’s minimum requirements and/or specific to Prolink’s business needs will receive additional consideration during the selection process. Candidates with unique and/or diverse qualifications will also be given further consideration when minimum requirements are met. When onsite presence is required by the client or Prolink due to contractual obligations or the nature of care delivery (e.g., auditing, patient education, or overnight patient care activities), an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of the facility is required. Otherwise, an active, unencumbered RN license in any U.S. state is acceptable, with state-specific licensure considered preferred but not required.
