Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will
be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various machines to produce high-quality

Responsibilities:
• Set up machines and equipment for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting
settings.
• Operate machines to produce products according to specified dimensions and requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Keep accurate records of machine performance and production data.
• Assist in training new machine operators as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machines effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy materials.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
• Additional technical certifications or training in machine operation is a plus.
