Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Manager to join our team. This role
involves managing office tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The
successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities,
and a knack for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for
meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and
interfacing with clients.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and business trips.
• Assist with bookkeeping and payroll duties.
• Provide administrative support to the management team when required.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business,
administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Assistant, or relevant role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
