Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality
Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and
processes. Your expertise in quality control methods and testing procedures will be essential in
maintaining high standards and meeting customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye
for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to
verify conformance to specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments and equipment to perform accurate quality checks.
• Document and report inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality-related concerns and implement
improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify quality issues and
implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols during quality inspections and testing.
Requirements:
• Associate degree or technical certification in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methods, testing techniques, and inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
• Additional certifications in quality control or testing methods are a plus.
