JOB SUMMARY
The Demand & Proposal Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the workforce solutions sales and proposal teams to create a winning value proposition for bid responses, pre-RFx and discovery client meetings and proposal presentations.


RESPONSIBILITIES
⬤ Create and maintain a centralized presentation library for all workforce solutions offerings
⬤ Develop winning presentation decks for prospective client meetings and participate in preparation sessions to ensure effective delivery
⬤ Update and refresh slide libraries to reflect revised solutions offerings and go-to-market brand identities
⬤ Support sales teams with slide updates, ad hoc visuals, and creative positioning to produce high-impact, winning presentations
⬤ Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Sales teams to ensure the content repository reflects current innovations and a compelling value proposition
⬤ Re-categorize and optimize the content repository for ease of use by solution and ensure content is current following bid submissions
⬤ Support additional proposal-related projects as needed


REQUIREMENTS 
⬤ At least three years of experience in proposal management and/or staffing sales enablement
⬤ Expert/advanced PowerPoint skills
⬤ Experience with creative design and image-editing applications (Adobe, Photoshop, etc.)
⬤ Ability to work within SharePoint and/or proposal management software
⬤ Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
⬤ Ability to remain agile and multitask effectively
⬤ Flexibility to work extended or nontraditional hours as needed to support the workforce solutions organization
⬤ Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings
