The RN assists the provider in carrying out a therapeutic regimen for each patient and directs other licensed and non-licensed nursing teammates in providing nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of individual patients. The RN implements the nursing process in order to provide professional holistic patient care.
Shift/Hours:
Night Shift: FT, 36 hrs/wk, 7:00pm - 7:00am
Compensation:
Pay: Starting at $30.16/hr

Relocation Reimbursement:$0 for less than 50 miles, Up to $10,000 for 501+ miles
A work commitment is required: One year for relocation incentive of $2,500, and 24 months for relocation incentive of $5,000 - $10,000:
Requirements:
License: Current North Carolina RN License or Compact Licensure.
Certification: BLS
Experience: At least one year of hospital experience
Education: Associate's Degree
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree preferred.

Number of Beds: 28 beds
Patient Population: Telemetry, cardiac patients, other diagnoses with cardiac history
Common Diagnoses: Cardiac patients, other diagnoses with cardiac history
Nurse to Patient Ratio: Day Shift: 1:4. Night Shift: 1:5-6, pending census and staffing.
