Registered Nurse (RN) – Developmental Disabilities

Location: St. Marys, Ohio (near Dayton)
Compensation: $40/hour (straight hourly)
Shift: Full Time, 36 hrs a week

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurses (RNs) to support adult individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting in St. Marys, OH.

This role focuses on hands-on clinical care in a supportive, mission-driven environment serving truly wonderful individuals.

Schedule

Three shifts available (1 RN per shift):

• Day: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Full-time structure based on shift assignment.

Clinical Responsibilities

RNs will provide direct care including:

• Ventilator management

• Tracheostomy care

• G-tube feedings

• Oxygen administration and monitoring

• Ongoing health assessments

• Medication administration

• Coordination with interdisciplinary team

This is a hands-on role requiring comfort with higher-acuity support needs.

Experience Requirements

• RN license (active, in good standing in Ohio)

• Experience with vent care, trach care, g-tube feedings, and oxygen required

• No minimum years of experience required — competency with the above skills is key
