| Assess & Support: Conduct thorough mental and physical assessments, identifying needs and creating personalized care plans.Lead Recovery: Administer and manage medications, educate patients and families, and track progress in a collaborative, trauma-informed way. Guide & Empower: Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic support during acute moments of need. Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers to ensure holistic care. Create Safety & Structure: Maintain a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes trust, dignity, and healing. | |
| Must Haves: | |
| License: PA RN/LPN license, or Compact RN license | |
| Certification: BLS | |
| Experience: Open to new grads, prefers previous experience. MUST have experience with NARCAN. | |
| Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program | |
| Plusses: | |
| CPI certification. De-escalation training (will be provided upon hire if needed), experience in hospital or clinical setting |
