The Prolink Tampa team celebrated their one-year anniversary last week with CEO Tony Munafo.
In July 2017, Caroline Dues, the company’s first hire in its early years as a startup, brought Prolink back to her hometown of Tampa and launched its first Florida office.
“I love that I was able to bring Prolink home with me,” said Caroline, “I think it says so much about our culture. If you truly put all your heart into your role here, you can go anywhere you want, literally.”
Caroline’s first hire was Brooke, who became integral to the young team’s growth in the new market. Her perseverance and leadership led to her rapid promotion from recruiter to account manager of South Florida Nursing.

In one short year, the office has grown from one to six total employees (five pictured below due to one team member’s PTO), a testament to the team’s synergy and dedication to succeed.
