Yesterday, the Pittsburgh Business Times hosted this year’s Best Places to Work in Western PA 2019 award ceremony. Prolink's Pittsburgh team was announced earlier this month as a finalist for the award - their first year being eligible to participate. The 2019 group of finalists was comprised of 78 companies, which was sorted into 4 categories based on workforce size. During the event, the team took home the 4th spot in the Small Companies category.
The annual award program highlights companies in the Western Pennsylvania area who prioritize employee engagement. This year's survey asked staff members to rate their companies on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: leadership, communication, transparency, growth potential and benefits offered.
