Mike Munafo has been named a Forty under 40 honoree. The annual award program highlights the region’s rising leaders who have made significant professional and social impact in their communities.
“I am humbled and exhilarated to be included in this year’s Forty under 40 roster. It is yet another testament to the excellence of our Prolink family, our clients, talent and team. My brother Tony and I started Prolink with the goal of creating an enterprise greater than ourselves—a company that would be a vehicle of lasting personal and professional growth for every person who chooses to partner with us. We are all doing our part to make the Prolink legacy come to life,” said Mike.
As Chief Growth Officer, Mike is responsible for driving strategic engagement opportunities for Prolink. He oversees research and development of products that might support the company’s long-term growth.
Mike began his career in the staffing and recruiting industry in 2004. He was instrumental in the launch and development of Prolink. With the healthcare service line firmly established, Mike then started Prolink’s Resources division, which specializes in staffing the Engineering, Skilled Trades, and Professional Services industries.
Mike was named a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award through Ernst and Young for three consecutive years. He currently sits on Archbishop Moeller High School’s Board of Trustees and is Chairman of their Alumni Board. He is also a Companions on a Journey Board Member, an organization which helps provide grief counseling to schools and families in times of need.
