Yesterday, November 6, 2018, Columbus Business First named Prolink the best place to work in the small company category out of ten finalists. Prolink Columbus has been ranked first in their category three times over the course of the last four years. Several branches of the company in different markets throughout country have been recognized for working environment and culture during their years of operation. The Best Places To Work award program celebrates companies with the most engaged teams in the central Ohio area.
This year’s survey asked staff members to rate their companies on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Communication
- Leadership
- Connection with management
- Transparency
- Potential for growth
- Strength of benefits
Of the 220 nominations, 46 companies made this year’s roster of finalists, which were sorted into 5 categories based on workforce size at the awards ceremony.
