As we enter the final quarter of 2023, we are excited to welcome two new C-level executives to the Prolink leadership team. Chris Layden, formerly of ManpowerGroup, will become our new Chief Operating Officer. David Durbin, formerly of Cross Country Healthcare, will step into the Chief Strategy Officer role. Both hires will cement and sustain our rapid growth and continue our ascent as a leading workforce solutions provider.
Chris Layden brings a rich background in workforce solutions from his experience as Senior Vice President, Manpower North America, and later Vice President & General Manager of ManpowerGroup. He has been named to 40 Under 40 lists by Staffing Industry Analysts and the Milwaukee Business Journal and is regularly invited to share his expertise on employment trends at industry events and with outlets like The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and CNBC. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Minority Supplier Development Council Inc® (NMSDC®), the United States’ leading membership organization advancing business opportunities for certified minority business enterprises.
“This is an exciting time to join Prolink,” Layden said. “In today’s dynamic healthcare landscape, workforce availability and resiliency will be key. The future of healthcare depends on our ability to navigate these workforce trends, ensuring the highest standards of care and innovation for all.”
David Durbin brings to Prolink a proven track record of revenue growth and strategic innovation using data-driven insights to build stronger relationships with clients. Durbin spent 18 years at Iron Mountain, the global leader in records and information management, in various operational and strategic leadership roles with a strong focus on healthcare and government. Most recently, he has held senior leadership roles at some of the country's largest healthcare staffing firms, including Cross Country Healthcare and AMN Healthcare. His hybrid of operations and strategy expertise led to significant growth in the portfolio of business he oversaw.
"I'm ready to put my 25 years of building client relationships and retention strategies to work with Prolink," Durbin said. "We will use predictive analytics in new and innovative ways to anticipate client needs and deliver them the best solution every time."
