Job Summary

The Regional Sales Executive position is part of the Workforce Solutions sales strategy supporting Prolink’s Regional Account Management and Operations leader.  The Regional:Sales Executive is responsible for securing and managing new client business opportunities across all Prolink’s solutions within a designated territory.  The Regional Sales Executive will work closely with sales support and enablement, marketing and recruitment to identify and win new business opportunities

 

Job Duties

  • Identify Hospital prospects for pursuit to secure business opportunities across Prolink solutions opportunities within designated territory
  • Develop an understanding of client needs and competitor capabilities and services while leveraging Prolink talent and value proposition
  • Conduct thorough territory review and develop game plan for designated territory
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects
  • Lead business development and response submission efforts for all RFx opportunities in partnership with proposal management
  • Partner with operational and recruitment leaders to ensure pricing and proposal terms are in line with Prolink goals and standards
  • Lead commercial and contract negotiations in partnership with leadership and legal
  • Successfully transition new clients to operations and implementation to ensure successful launch and delivery
  • Manages opportunity pipeline, ensure updates are tracked weekly within CRM
  • Participates and attends local and regional conferences, networking and industry events within designated territory

Requirements

  • Willing and able to travel at least 30% of the time
  • 5+ years of experience selling staffing, outsourced solutions or Healthcare services
  • Experience with developing and managing a new sales pipeline
  • Excellent networking, relationship building, and communication skills
  • Able to leverage existing network of contacts
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values
