Job Summary
The Workforce Solutions Sales Executive position is an individual contributor sales role within Prolink’s Workforce Solutions department. This role is responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from prospect identification through opportunity close and new client launch. The workforce solutions sales executive acts as a consultant advisor to client prospects, identifying and solving workforce challenges from strategy through implementation to secure new business opportunities within their designated territory.
The person selected for this position will manage sales with clients based on the West Coast of the country. All travel will be conducted with clients based on the West Coast.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, secure business opportunities, and onboard new clients within a geographic territory
- Develop an understanding of client needs and competitor capabilities and services in order to best leverage Prolink’s value proposition
- Conduct thorough territory review and develop a game plan for the designated territory
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects including discovery and assessment across all of Prolink’s solution offerings
- Lead business development efforts for proactive non-RFx and formal RFx (RFI, RFQ & RFP) opportunities
- Manage communication between internal Prolink and external client stakeholders, including direct interaction with unit managers, business leaders and C-level executives
- Guide all contract negotiations and ensure alignment between new client and Prolink
- Successfully transition new clients through the initial phase of implementation/onboarding
- Maintain a consistent, vetted pipeline of target organizations, with a focus on generating new revenue opportunities within assigned geographic territory
- Responsible for opportunity pipeline management, weekly game plan and activity updates within the CRM
- Sell products and services across Prolink’s suite of workforce offerings specific to healthcare staffing solutions
- Work closely with sales enablement and support teams, internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve target metrics.
Requirements
- 7-10 years’ experience within the staffing industry (Healthcare experience preferred)
- At least two years’ prior enterprise business to business sales experience in healthcare staffing or related industry.
- Previous MSP/contingent workforce management sales or account management experience strongly preferred.
- Willing and able to travel as required 30% - 50% of the time
- Leverage experience gained from prior sales experience, to enhance success and utilization of the sales cycle
- Excellent networking, relationship building, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to articulate all of Prolink’s solutions offerings to meet client needs and goals
- Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to use a CRM system and other technical tools to complete tasks as required
- High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values
