JOB SUMMARY

The Temporary Compliance Onboarding Specialist position is within Prolink's Compliance department and partners with key stakeholders to complete onboarding activities for designated external talent. The individuals hired for this position will be on demand employees and work shifts as needed.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare pre-employment paperwork
  • Collect and maintain onboarding documentation for all external employees, including I-9 verification, copies of ID’s, immunization records and certifications
  • Complete drug testing and background check onboarding
  • Orient new employees to company benefits
  • Handle confidential information on a regular basis such as pay and other personnel related issues
  • Responsible for complete onboarding prior to an employee beginning a scheduled assignment
  • Responsible for monitoring onboarding throughout the entire length of the employee’s assignment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Excellent communication, business writing, and customer service skills
  • Able to professionally manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Able to perform compliance duties work across multiple division
  • Strong motivation, detail-orientation, visual attention, manual dexterity, integrity, and perseverance
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
  • High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values

 

PREFERENCES

Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process. If all minimum requirements are met, candidates with unique and/or diverse qualifications will also be given additional consideration.

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Start date: 8/3
  • End date: Ongoing
  • Hours per week: Estimated 40 hours per week (M – F, 8 – 5pm EST); hours are not guaranteed
  • Rate: $23/hour
  • Location: Remote, unless within driving distance of an office
  • Experience desired: attention to detail, excellent communication, comfort navigating multiple systems, outstanding customer service, and a positive, can-do attitude. Compliance experience not required
