Labor & Delivery RN

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The Labor & Delivery RN cares for women and their infants during labor and childbirth. They are responsible for assisting, supporting and educating women during the four stages of delivery.

The Labor & Delivery RN will monitor patients with high-tech diagnostic equipment and record all patient data into the EMR system, while spending one-on-one personal time with the birthing women.

The Labor & Delivery RN may also work closely with a lactation consultant to assist with breastfeeding.

Our client may require the following: prior experience in a Labor & Delivery setting, an AHA BLS & NRP certification.
