| Day Shift: FT, 36 hrs./wk., 7:00am-7:30pm Night Shift: FT, 36 hrs./wk., 7:00 pm - 7:30 am As part of the UFCW contract (the nurse’s union), depending on schedules, nurses can only work three 12 hr. shifts per week, so as to not go into overtime (40 hrs. per week), they then rotate the weekend they work. | |

| None, but can be put on low census stand by (LCSB) which then requires a 30 minute arrival time. No call rooms for staff. Not very common, but can come up. | |
| Responsibilities: | |
| Study patients' medical history, test results, and treatment plans. Track routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements. Monitor, interpret, and record data from specialized medical technologies and equipment. Administer medication and perform treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists. Maintain and update ward charts, patient files, and medical records. Monitor patients via remote electronic signals and respond to any changes in cardiac rhythm. | |
| Must Haves: | |
| License: Current Washington State RN Licensure or Compact RN. Can submit candidates that have NCLEX scheduled, open to offering positions contingent on passing NCLEX for the right candidate. Candidates cannot start until their license is ACTIVE. | |
| Certification: BLS & They will need the certifications for the different departments that they are trained in. | |
| Experience: This position is preferably for nurses with experience in more than one department, or at least a willingness to train to float. | |

| BSN & 2 Years of Recent Experience as a Med/Surg Tele Nurse in a Level III Trauma Center preferred. | |

| Patient Population: | The Resource Pool positions are cross trained nurses that work in multiple departments at once. They will need the certifications for the different departments that they are trained in. For instance, if a nurse is trained to work in the PACU and ICU, they will need the TNCC certification. If they are only trained in PACU and ED, they wouldn’t. |
