On Thursday, August 24, Prolink accepted the honor of Grand Finalist at the Cincinnati Business Courier's 21st annual Best Places to Work awards ceremony at TQL Stadium. Chief People Officer Jessica Bacher accepted the award along with over a dozen Prolinkers who showed off the organization's vibrant, energy-positive culture at the ceremony.
"Our culture is what makes the future of Prolink so bright," Bacher said. "With a commitment to each individual's growth and legacy, we can do anything!"
The award marked a major milestone for Prolink in it's 12th consecutive year as a Best Places to Work finalist. Finalists and winners are determined by a third-party employee survey scoring each organization in areas such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits.
