Cincinnati, Ohio—Prolink, one of the largest talent acquisition and workforce management organizations in the country as ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts, announced a new addition to its executive leadership team. Lee Fleming has been appointed Chief Information Officer and will report to Prolink’s CEO and co-founder, Tony Munafo.
As Prolink’s inaugural CIO, Mr. Fleming will be responsible for developing strategic IT plans, policies, and procedures. He will advise Prolink by evaluating and identifying appropriate technology platforms and investments that align with the organization’s objectives. Additionally, he will be tasked with identifying and establishing key IT goals, objectives, and standards to meet the ever-changing digital landscape

Mr. Fleming is a technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in designing, implementing, and operating IT infrastructures and software to meet business objectives. He joins Prolink from Randstad, a global staffing and consulting firm, where he served as SVP of IT Infrastructure and Support Services. Prior to Randstad, Lee spent several years consulting for some of the nation’s largest healthcare systems on architecture, process, and standards.
