Cincinnati – Prolink has named Michael Ugwueke, President and CEO of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, and Michael Williams, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Realogy Holdings Corporation, to the company’s Board of Advisors.

Michael Ugwueke, MPH, DHA, FACHE is President and CEO of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH) in Memphis, Tennessee. Under his leadership, MLH has expanded its footprint throughout the state and grown to more than $2 billion in net revenue. Ugwueke has led the organization since 2017 and first joined the health system in 2007.
Before joining MLH, Ugwueke served as Vice President of Operations at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Throughout his career, Ugwueke has served in planning and operational leadership roles in healthcare organizations in Atlanta; Sarasota, Florida; Washington, DC; and the Chicago area.
Ugwueke earned a doctorate in health administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, a master’s degree in public health from Emory University, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Shaw University. He was named one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Minority Executives in Healthcare in both 2020 and 2012.
Michael Williams was named Chairman of the Board of Directors of Realogy Holdings Corporation, the global leader in real estate franchising, brokerage and service delivery, in 2017.
With 40 years of experience, Williams previously served as Chairman and CEO of Prospect Holdings, LLC, a privately held mortgage finance company based in Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, Williams rose to President and CEO of Fannie Mae; in this role, he rebuilt Fannie Mae’s leadership team and restored public confidence in the company.
Williams is Chair Emeritus of the Board of Directors of the Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC. During his tenure as Chairman, Children’s National rose to become the #5 pediatric hospital in the country with the #1 NICU, according to U.S. News & World Report.
Williams received his MBA in finance and a bachelor’s degree in commerce and engineering from Drexel University.
