Prolink's Director of Clinical Talent Experience Terim Dortch, MSN, RN, delivered her expertise during the Best Practices for Handling Unsafe Situations panel. Together with several other industry thought leaders, she discussed strategies and best practices for travelers navigating clinical errors and patient incidents. Terim's insight was especially valuable to travelers who must face those challenging situations without full access to support from their employers. Great work, Terim!
