Prolink has been named a best place to work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The list recognizes companies that have fostered excellent team culture throughout the state of Indiana.
Winners are organized by employee headcount, with Prolink ranking in the Large Company category (250-999 US employees, a minimum of 15 staffed locally).
Derek Rochester, Regional Director of Operations and lead staff member at the Indianapolis office, said of the award, “After nearly three years of local operation, it’s incredible to be ranked among the best of the best in workplace culture. This is a testament to the positive energy and drive for growth each of our team members—the internal Prolink family—brings into the office and the greater Indianapolis community every day. We’re very excited to celebrate and share our thanks at the awards ceremony in April.”
Companies that submit applications to the Indiana Chamber’s Best Places to Work program are evaluated on extensive feedback collected from employee surveys as well as reports submitted by employers. The survey was administered by The Best Companies Group, a national employee data collection group.
Winners will be honored and ranked at a ceremony dinner April 30th at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis.
