Get to know Laura F., Prolink’s Director of Expansion

October 7, 2019

Over the past 4 (and a half, almost!) years at Prolink, you’ve been in several different roles. What has been the greatest part of your career here so far?

Helping to open the Nashville office. I am very passionate about Prolink’ s culture and processes and I was excited that I was given the opportunity to join the expansion team and bring what I learned in the Cincinnati office to Tennessee. As we continue to grow, I think it’s important that each branch has its own identity but also follows Prolink’s core values.

How did you get here? What was it about Prolink that sparked your interest?

I came to Prolink through an internal referral. Once I interviewed with a few team members and I saw the passion they had for Prolink and the opportunity to be apart of something bigger than myself is when I decided to leave my former company.

We need to know. Choco Taco, Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich (the chocolate chip kind, duh) or Drumstick?

Drumstick

So, we know that you love to travel. What has been your favorite country you’ve visited outside of the US?

It’s a tie – I was given the opportunity to go to Jerusalem with my grandma and mom, there is so much history in Israel and being able to see is with 3 generations is a trip I will never forget. I also saw the northern lights in Iceland with my best friend and sister.

Name one completely useless thing you’re really good at.

British History – specially the Victorian Era.

It’s Saturday night and you are heading to dinner in Nashville. What’s your go to spot? What menu item is a MUST?

5th and Taylor. Every time I have visitors, I take them to 5th and Taylor, their bacon wrapped quail and beef cheek pot roast is amazing.

What is something you get unreasonably excited about?

There are so many things, but I get excited when I get photos/videos of my nephew, Jack. I also get excited about anything that is related to Disney.

What is the most ridiculous thing you have spent more than $10 on?

When I was in college, I bought a giant inflatable Santa
