Operating Room RN

Location: San Antonio, TX

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The OR RN provides care for patients before, during and after surgery while also serving as the communication contact to family members in the operating room.

The OR RN is responsible for setting up the operating room and ensures that it runs smoothly. They will take and monitor patient’s vital signs and assist the surgeon as needed.

The OR RN will also prepare and administer prescribed medications, will complete charting and then manage the transfer the patient.

Our client may require the following: prior experience in an OR setting, AHA BLS.
