The Emergency Room RN must be able to triage patients and prioritize care, while continually evaluating condition and stability by any of the following: Conscious Sedation, Starting IVs, Cardiac Drips and Cardiac Monitoring.

Multiple Shifts available to include Day, Night, and variable shifts.
Compensation:
Pay: $36.64 to $68.37
Requirements:
License: Current Washington State RN Licensure. Compact not accepted. Can submit candidates that have NCLEX scheduled, open to offering positions contingent on passing NCLEX for the right candidate.
Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC. Willing to work with candidates on certifications.
Experience: New grads accepted.
Education: ASN accepted.
Preferred:
Emergency Dept. CEN cert preferred. BSN & 2 Years of Recent Experience as an ED Nurse in a Level III Trauma Center preferred.
About the Unit:
Number of Beds: 9
Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics, trauma patients, Holding patients (ED nurses will take hold patients and will also try to bring in an ICU nurse for the hold patients).
Common Diagnoses: Will see everything: Triage, Sepsis, cardiac, stroke, Triage - Use ESI
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4
Patients per day: See approximately 60-80 patients per day,
