The Home Health RN provides care and treatment in patients' homes. They must chart all observations, vitals and medications administered at each visit.
The Home Health RN should have extensive knowledge in wound care, administering IV meds, changing catheters or dressings while assessing the healing progress. The Home Health RN will also educate patients and their families on the plan of in home care, including strategies and procedures of managing their illness or injury.
Our client may require the following: prior experience in a Home Health setting and an AHA BLS.
