Hospice RN job in Chapel Hill, NC

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The Hospice RN will work with patients, patient families, physicians, and care team to understand patient needs and help develop a treatment and care plan for the patient. They will educate patients and patient families on the specifics on their terminal illness and the care plan designed for them.

The Hospice RN will manage routine care for their patients, making sure they are as pain-free and symptom-free as possible.
