JOB SUMMARY
The Account Manager position is within Prolink’s Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to provide world class resources and service to a select group of external talent and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals across territory
● Manage recruiters in division to ensure they are meeting metrics and receiving career development needed to be successful
● Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors
● Responsible for new business development
● Saturate territory for division by meeting and working with new clients that can utilize Prolink’s services
● Work closely with executive management team on developing new process, procedures and employee development within division and across all operating companies
● Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
● On call, after hours contact for accounts in the division
● Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
● Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
● Bachelor degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
● 6 months+ of recruiting and/or sales experience
● Valid Driver’s License
● Excellent communication, leadership, sales, customer service, and account management skills
● Works under general supervision and resolves complex questions
●Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
●Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
● High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values
PREFERENCES
● 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sales
Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
