JOB SUMMARY
The People & Process Improvement intern will learn about and contribute to a diverse range of activities and responsibilities that are part of the talent management and recruiting function for Prolink. This is an opportunity for a student to learn about the recruiting, hiring and talent management processes within a rapidly growing company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collaborate on projects to help attract, develop, engage, and retain internal Prolink employees
● Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting positions, reviewing resumes, documentation, and scheduling interviews
● Support projects and initiatives, including meetings and company recognition
● Deliver solutions that build capacity and efficiency for the team
● Review data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations based on findings
● Participate in team and departmental meetings
REQUIREMENTS
● Enrollment in a college/university as a junior or higher
● Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; other majors will be considered
● Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work with people and independently
● Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and time management skills
PREFERENCES
Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process. If all minimum requirements are met, candidates with unique and/or diverse qualifications will also be given additional consideration.
