JOB SUMMARY
This role supports strategic and operational initiatives through financial modeling, data analysis, and executive-level presentation development. The individual will translate complex information into clear insights, contribute to key projects, and deliver solutions that enhance team capacity and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Builds and maintains financial and operational models to support business decisions.
● Translates complex ideas into clear, concise slides and one-pagers for leadership audiences.
● Supports key projects and initiatives, including meeting coordination and company recognition efforts.
● Delivers solutions that increase team capacity and improve operational efficiency.
● Reviews data, conducts analysis, and provides thoughtful recommendations based on findings.
● Researches industry benchmarks and summarizes insights to inform strategic direction.
REQUIREMENTS
● Enrollment in a college or university as a junior or higher.
● Demonstrates comfort working in ambiguous and evolving environments.
● Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
● Brings an analytical mindset with curiosity about people, business operations, and financial performance.
● Review data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations based on findings
● Seeks meaningful exposure to real leadership work and strategic decision-making.
