JOB SUMMARY

The Client Operations Coordinator position is within Prolink’s Workforce Solutions department and partners with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy of data within a Vendor Management System (VMS) and excellent communication with the fulfillment team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Ensure accuracy within the VMS by entering real time fulfillment data

● Work with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and their Clients to make sure job orders are appropriately published within the VMS

● Check and verify that all candidates are applied to positions within the VMS at time of vendor submittal

● Work with CRMs to communicate status updates to clients and fulfillment team surrounding interviews, offers, and acceptances

● Monitor all assignment details, including but not limited to assignment dates, department cost centers, pay rate values, guaranteed hours, bill rates, and RTO

● Confirm all assignment details prior to onboarding and adjust if necessary

● Work with the compliance team to ensure they are uploading the talent’s credentials into the VMS prior to the candidate’s start date

● Monitor weekly compliance reports and partner with the compliance team to ensure updated credentials are entered into the VMS system

● Work with the VMS time entry team to verify on a weekly basis any time integration misfunctions or billing issues that need followed up on by Client

● Pull reports on a weekly basis to review with key stakeholders and check and verify that all data in the system is accurate

● Audit reports within the VMS tool that shows overall performance of the MSP program and notify leadership of any trends within the client

● Coordinate all communication submittals, extension, orientation, presentations, etc.

● Perform other related duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

● 1+ years of experience in a related field

● Experience working in a team environment

● Excellent customer service, detail orientation, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

● Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment

● Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks

● High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values

Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
