JOB SUMMARY
The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Recruiter position is within Prolink’s Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to place and retain qualified healthcare professionals for designated client sites while cultivating strong relationships and providing world class customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide exemplary customer service to clients, contractors, and talent (onsite with client or virtually)
● Determine requisition requirements by working closely with department and Account Management team for open positions
● Research and understand client’s value proposition and surrounding community to sell talent on roles and possible relocation
● Source, screen, submit, and retain direct placement professionals for designated client site
● Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites and through networking
● Contact qualified talent to discuss job opportunities and understand candidates’ long-term career goals, skillset, and personality to accurately match with the client
● Conduct full phone screens, interviews and reference checks, review and analyze candidates’ experience, and verify required certifications to determine if qualifications are met
● Educate candidates on the personal and professional benefits of working with the client and prepare them for client interviews
● Build talent pipeline through ongoing networking, social media, and referrals
● Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
● Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
● Willing and able to travel 15% of the time to client sites and candidate interviews
● Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and relationship building skills
● Proactive/ autonomous working mindset
● Comfortable performing in a metric-based environment
● Able to multitask and apply a solutions-oriented mindset
● Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
● Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
● High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values
PREFERENCES
● 1-2 years of recruiting experience
Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process. If all minimum requirements are met, candidates with unique and/or diverse qualifications will also be given additional consideration.
