Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field
Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and
repair services to our customers. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential
in resolving equipment issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong
technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel to various customer
• Travel to customer sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair services on equipment and
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Test equipment performance and conduct performance evaluations to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide technical training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, expenses, and customer interactions.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols during field service visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product
• Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment and machinery.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and handle equipment and tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in diverse customer environments.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing field service demands.
