Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC
Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise in HVAC systems, strong
problem-solving abilities, and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in delivering
top-notch HVAC services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and diagnose HVAC system issues to determine necessary repairs and
maintenance.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with customers to explain repair options and provide cost estimates.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, expenses, and equipment history.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols during HVAC service and repair activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and HVAC technology advancements.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role within the HVAC industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to handle HVAC equipment and perform repairs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to customer service demands.
• NATE certification is a plus.
