Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance
Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility, equipment,

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely equipment and facility
maintenance.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal
impact on production.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential equipment issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct performance evaluations to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and contractors to address maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during maintenance work.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in maintenance activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are
a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
