Prolink Recognized with Multiple Honors for Growth and Culture

July 13, 2023

The Prolink team hit it out of the park once again with a doubleheader of prestigious honors!

For the 12th consecutive year, Prolink was recognized as a finalist by the Cincinnati Business Courier for its 2023 Best Places to Work awards, an annual program recognizing Greater Cincinnati organizations that rate high in employee satisfaction. Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) also recognized Prolink on its annual ranking of Largest Staffing Firms in the United States for the second year in a row.

The Business Courier list was determined by a third-party employee survey scoring each organization in areas such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits. The SIA ranking consists of organizations that have generated at least $100 million in revenue during the previous calendar year.

“It’s an honor that we were acknowledged,” said Prolink CEO Tony Munafo. “It’s also further validation that we have a thriving company culture that will always propel our continued growth. I would be remiss if I didn’t take this opportunity to recognize the 1000+ Prolinkers who make this company so special. Thank you, team, and please join me in celebrating our Prolink family.”

The full SIA report can be accessed here. The full Best Places to Work list can be found here. The articles are accessible only to Business Courier and SIA subscribers, respectively.
