JOB SUMMARY
This position partners with all internal departments and will help collaborate on content for external talent/clients. In this role, it is important to think independently/outside the box, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help organize processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist in the creation of marketing materials
● Conduct market research
● Support events and campaigns
● Analyze marketing data
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams
● Provide administrative support
REQUIREMENTS
● Enrollment in a college/university as a junior or higher
● Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Attention to detail, accuracy, and initiative in work

Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
