JOB SUMMARY
This position will perform TA Partner recruiting duties for Q2 – Q4 to help pump great recruiters into the Operations team. This interim position is for someone that’s eager to learn something new and seeking a temporary change in job duties. The timeframe for this role will be 3/29/2026-12/26/2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Market open positions via the company’s careers page and various job boards
• Source candidates utilizing social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, etc.
• Engage with active and passive talent and connect them to internal ProLink job opportunities
• Prescreen candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews
• Evaluate applicants and submit top candidates for hiring manager review
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Anticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates to fill vacancies
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate “must haves” and help draft job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• Communicate with interview panels to ensure preparedness during the interview process
• Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality
• Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback
• Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process
• Communicate regularly with candidates
• Perform research to evaluate the general needs and opinions of talent
• Draft and utilize templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, rejection emails, and offer letters
• Work to ensure drivers, inclusive and equitable hiring practices
Talent Acquisition Partner
• Work closely with assigned hiring managers to understand immediate and long-term hiring plans
• Source, forecast, and build bench to support high volume recruiting efforts
• Discuss recruiting strategies; provide advice and guidance on skills in the talent market to maximize process efficiency, offer acceptance, and hiring quality
• Responsible for timely and professional interactions with candidates and Hiring Managers
• Communicate effectively throughout the hiring process
• Build candidate relationships and see new hires through onboarding
• Negotiate offers and sell ProLink as an employer of choice
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with HR for hiring and onboarding
• Understand and communicate market trends to hiring managers to provide insight on talent supply
• Communicate with hiring manager regarding hiring status. Set and manage expectations
Talent Sourcing
• Identify key sources of candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and other relevant resources; screen and qualify candidates before presenting to Hiring Managers
• Partner with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews; coordinate job offers and start dates
• Represent ProLink and reinforce our employment brand by participating in networking and professional networking events
Goal Metric Driven
• Maintain activity levels needed to maintain a robust candidate pipeline; meet all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics; track all activities in Applicant Tracking System or as directed
• Utilize data to influence decisions to manage performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework with corresponding experience
• 1+ years of Recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be team-oriented and skilled collaborator
• Must have a drive for results and be comfortable in a metric-focused environment
• Ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
• Ability to travel occasionally to ProLink offices and networking events
PREFERENCES
Three years of Talent Acquisition experience and direct partnership with hiring managers preferred. Experience sourcing on Indeed and LinkedIn preferred. Staffing industry experience preferred. Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
