Anticipating growth, a staffing company is moving to a larger office near Dublin.
Prolink is moving its Worthington office to a 7,385-square-foot space at 4700 Lakehurst Ct. near Tuttle Crossing and I-270 in Columbus, near the border with Dublin. That new office is 50 percent larger than its old space at 400 W. Wilson Bridge Road.
The move comes because the company anticipates doubling its size here in Central Ohio: It has 30 employees now and plans on hiring 30 more people over the next two years.
“After nearly four years of serving the Columbus business community, it’s clear we’ve outgrown our current space and are poised to ramp up activity here,” Tony Munafo, Prolink CEO and founder, said in a statement.
“With this new space in the heart of Dublin, we can better serve our clients, our talent and our internal staff. We’re incredibly excited to take on this next phase of growth for Prolink.”
The company works with healthcare, resources and IT divisions, but says the burgeoning health industry in Central Ohio will fuel its growth.
Officials with the Cincinnati-based company say the new space will help it continue its expansion.
Tony and Mike Munafo founded the company with three employees in 2011. There now are 225 employees across six states, and the company reported $47.8 million in revenue in 2016, establishing a 307 percent growth rate from 2014, and landing it on the Fast 55 at the Cincinnati Business Courier last year.
The local office was named one of Central Ohio's Best Places to Work by Columbus Business First last year.
Dan Dunsmoor at Colliers International represented Prolink in the lease. The new office will open May 1.
