Cincinnati, Ohio—Prolink, one of the largest talent acquisition and workforce management organizations in the country as ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts, announced that two new c-suite roles have been added to its executive leadership team. Kris Cannon, formerly Prolink’s Senior Vice President of Client Services, will serve as Chief Workforce Solutions Officer. Jessica Bacher will serve as Chief People Officer and was promoted from Senior Vice President of Workforce and Talent Strategy.
As key members of Prolink’s executive leadership team, Mr. Cannon and Ms. Bacher will work closely together to ensure the company’s internal organization aligns and can scale with client needs and business operations.

Mr. Cannon will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing Prolink’s client experience. He will focus on ensuring the voice of the client drives all key operational decisions and he will be heavily involved with Prolink’s sales strategy. Mr. Cannon has served in various staffing and workforce management leadership roles for over 20 years.

Prior to joining Prolink, Ms. Bacher served in executive leadership positions such as Chief Talent Acquisition Officer with Bon Secours Mercy Health and Vice President, HR Systems & Analytics with Schumacher Clinical Partners, and more.
