Prolink jumped to 89th from the 191st spot on Forbes’ list of Best Staffing Firms in the country.
The annual list is created through an extensive research project executed through a partnership with Forbes and Statista. It is based on scores from two surveys, one filled out by clients and talent and the other by recruiting experts. Data was collected from 6,500 respondents and included over 14,000 nominations of recruiting firms.
Talent and HR teams were asked to provide information about the firms they had worked with over the past three years. Evaluations focused on major areas of quality, specifically operations and processes, communication style, and match between talent and position.
External recruiting experts were tapped to provide names of firms they would recommend if they could not fill a need themselves. They were also asked to share additional insights on the staffing industry. That information is used for modifying future surveys.
The firms that made the top 250 were listed based on a point system that took into account the number of nominations, recommendations and scoring from survey participants.
