JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Marketing position partners with key stakeholders on marketing initiatives to increase brand exposure and support revenue growth. The Director leads a team overseeing the brand management, digital, social, event management, and client and talent attraction functions under the marketing umbrella. The Director will:

Lead and manage a marketing team, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers.

Work with partners and external agencies for web-design, PR, paid media, and branding efforts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Brand Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to position Prolink as a top choice for clinical and non-clinical talent, and a recognized workforce solutions leader.
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine marketing efforts.
  • Ensure that our brand is highlighting the Prolink Culture through our website, social media, events, campaigns etc.
  • Interpret analysis of the healthcare staffing industry, including trends, competition, and market demands to support marketing strategy and alignment to Prolink. Prepare in partnership with other internal stakeholders quarterly and present market research to C-Suite.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Develop strategy to grow talent database and hydrate legacy database with improved data and insight on candidate preferences, skills, and certifications. Partner with Training & Development team to ensure documentation standards are adopted.
  • Oversee website optimization, SEO, and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Advise social media platform strategy (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Partner with CIO on mobile strategy, including MyProlink app.
  • Oversee print, email, and event marketing strategies for conferences, job fairs, and networking events.
  • In partnership with the social media content team, advise on omni-channel strategy to engage talent (current and prospective) and position Prolink as healthcare workforce expert to clients.
  • Advise on strategy to design digital campaigns (email marketing, webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, paid ads and other social video content) that generate qualified leads with new client and talent acquisition as a primary focus.
  • Support sales / business development teams by creating marketing materials targeted at healthcare and non-healthcare targets, clients and prospects.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that highlight company differentiators and value propositions.
  • Partner with sales teams to nurture client relationships and optimize the customer journey.
  • Identify key target segments to tailor campaigns effectively (Enterprise vs. Retail) for client and talent personas.
  • Investigate and tests new channels and technologies to communicate with target audiences in partnership with Senior Marketing Manager and digital marketing team.

Website and myProlink App Management

  • Create a plan for website and mobile, including myProlink app to optimize performance, across all digital platforms. Advise with CIO on timeline to enhance web and mobile architecture.
  • Present quarterly to the C-Suite on website and myProlink App performance.
  • Create a plan to outperform competitor's downloads and reviews in the Apple and Google stores, and advise UX/UI and notification strategy to create a best in class talent experience.
  • Advise on content and thought leadership to drive the app adoption.

Vendor Management

  • Partner with job boards, technology platforms, and other service providers to increase exposure and optimize recruitment spend and outcomes.
  • Develop strategy in partnership with client servicing and fulfillment teams to enhance reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with CIO to ensure alignment with digital roadmap and ATS.

Financial Management & Operational Performance Analysis

  • Oversee the marketing budget and expenditures to drive the best outcomes at the lowest cost.
  • Leverage data to help inform operational and sales decision making to increase talent on assignment (TOA) and client margin. Partner with sales, and operations to help grow number organic and inorganic revenue.

KPIs and Metrics

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, including ROI, cost per lead, and brand engagement metrics.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Market Feedback Loop
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients and candidates to adjust marketing strategies for better results.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, HR, operations, and analytics teams to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee internal communications, promoting awareness and appropriate use of Prolink brand assets and marketing materials.
  • Enforce adherence to brand standards through marketing team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Work with proposal and bid management function to develop new collateral for RFP, proposals, and client QBRs.
  • Stay current with marketing, staffing, and customer experience trends by pursuing ongoing education and networking opportunities.
  • Provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities for the marketing team.
  • Lead and manage strategic direction, onboarding, performance management, and career development for all team members by consistently providing relevant information, feedback, and guidance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred in marketing discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field; preference of 5+ years in the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Experience in the development, execution, analysis, reporting, and optimization of marketing strategies and programs​.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, prioritization, communication, and creative thinking skills​.
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment​.
  • Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks​.
  • High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values.
